A beautiful example of the 1999-S Kennedy silver half dollar proof issued by the US Mint in San Francisco. This radiant deep cameo proof example is graded PR70DCAM by PCGS – the highest grade attainable for the issue. A brilliant, frosty deep cameo profile of President Kennedy floats on a mirror-like field achieving exceptional contrast and beauty. Similar to many of the Kennedy silver proofs from the 1990's, PR69 examples are common, however only 8% of the 1999-S silver proofs grade PR70DCAM, making them somewhat uncommon. This is a perfect, radiant example of the issue, with none graded finer.
