A beautiful 1957-D silvery, un-toned Franklin half dollar from the Denver Mint. Franklin half dollars were never widely minted, with the 1963-D having the largest mintage by far (67 million). This example came from one of the larger mintages of the series. This example is above average for the issue and sports a full bell lines designation (FBL) indicating its well struck devices. This is a lovely example of the issue.
