This exceptional, superior gem 1943 Mercury dime from the Philadelphia mint shows beautiful surface radiance and definition with gentle frosting of the obverse. Free of marks in the fields and details, this near flawless example is graded MS67+ with full bands by PCGS and has earned the CAC designation as a superior example of the grade. While part of a very large war time mintage, examples are conditionally rare in this state; PCGS lists only twelve finer with full bands.
