1942 Lincoln Cent MS67+ Red NGC

(No reviews yet) Write a Review

A bright copper-red superior gem 1942 Lincoln cent from the Philadelphia mint. This example has near flawless surfaces and a bold strike.  It is graded MS67+ Red by NGC.  The 1942 issue was prolific, with the money supply expanding rapidly with the growing US wartime economy. However, the issue is conditionally rare at MS67+ with none graded finer by NGC.  This is an excellent contender for a registry set.
