1858 Small Letters Flying Eagle Cent XF40 NGC

(No reviews yet) Write a Review

A well preserved example of the 1858 Small Letters Flying Eagle cent.  The modern small cent diameter was introduced in 1857 with the Flying Eagle cent - a cent type that lasted only two years as a business strike.  This example is graded XF40 by NGC.  Despite circulated condition, this example retains excellent detail in the feathers and wings - with only minor softening of features.
